We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for parts that are uninstalled and in their original condition.
Before starting a return, please review the key terms below:
- A 25% restocking and handling fee applies to all returns
- The customer is responsible for return freight shipping costs
- Installed parts are NOT eligible for return (except under a valid warranty claim)
- Parts ordered incorrectly due to customer error or misdiagnosis are non-refundable
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- If an exchange is authorized, the part must be returned in the same assembled condition as it was shipped
