Returns and refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for uninstalled parts in original condition.
- 25% restocking and handling fee on most eligible returns — plus return freight (LTL/truck) paid by the customer
- Installed parts are not returnable except under an approved warranty claim
- Parts ordered incorrectly due to customer error or misdiagnosis are non-refundable
- Custom / built-to-order work: if a return is authorized, 25% restocking still applies and you pay return freight
- Our mistake (wrong part shipped): we make it right — restocking does not apply
- Freight damage in transit (clear impact damage): separate review — not the standard return restocking path

Order cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Timing depends on whether payment has only been authorized or captured (processed):

Core deposits
Remanufactured engines and transmissions include a core deposit. Return your rebuildable core within 30 days using the process on [Core Return](/core-return) to receive your deposit refund.
Shipping and delivery
All engines and transmissions ship via LTL/truck freight — not parcel carriers.
- Commercial address: $299 flat rate (continental US)
- Residential / liftgate: $399 flat rate
- Remote / rural ZIPs may incur additional freight surcharges beyond these rates — disclosed at checkout when applicable
- Terminal pickup may be offered when available to reduce residential delivery cost — arrange with us before the order ships

If we cannot ship within the stated window, we will notify you and offer a revised date or a prompt full refund per FTC Mail/Internet Order rules.
Freight damage at delivery
Before signing the carrier delivery receipt:
1. Inspect the crate, pallet, POD container, and any visible part surfaces 2. Take photos if you see clear transit damage (examples: cracked block or case, crushed housing, fluid leaking from impact, severe crate or pallet breakage) 3. Contact us immediately with your order number and photos
Do not refuse delivery only because a used unit looks dirty, cosmetic, or because exterior packaging is scuffed — including reman POD shells that protect an intact transmission. Refusing in those situations can leave you responsible for redelivery and freight costs.
