If your tracking number isn't returning any results, don't worry — this is common with freight shipments and doesn't mean something is wrong with your order.
Why Freight Tracking Can Be Slow to Activate
Freight carrier tracking systems work differently from parcel carriers. After the carrier picks up your shipment, it can take 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active and visible in their system. During this window, the number may show no results or return an error — even though your order is moving.
What to Do
- Wait 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number email before checking the status.
- Make sure you're entering the tracking number on the correct carrier's website. We'll include the carrier name and tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Clear your browser cache or try a different browser if the page isn't loading correctly.
Still Not Working After 48 Hours?
If your tracking number still isn't showing any activity after 48 hours, contact us and we'll check on the status of your shipment directly with the carrier.
